A booklet showcasing three brands is the first result of The Big Picture’s new relationship with Japanese whisky giant Suntory.
We’ve created a booklet to introduce European consumers to Suntory's unique whisky portfolio. This includes three world-class and distinctively Japanese whiskies: The Yamazaki, The Hibiki and The Hakushu.

The emphasis was on creating something exciting, compelling and inspiring for Whisky Live and other events in Europe.
Key to the brief was positioning the brands as distinctly Japanese. These are not simply a Japanese copy of Scotch whisky – a genuine point of difference within the existing market. Our content and design reflect this, focusing on cultural heritage, Japanese values, beliefs and provenance.
We’re now continuing to research and plan the positioning of Japanese whisky across Europe for Suntory. Our work centres on understanding a drinker’s ‘repertoire’, and how and where Japanese whisky will sit in it.
